Piazza accounts and Administrator membership for those accounts are created by HP. The account name is determined by the customer and HP.

There are currently three membership roles in Piazza: Administrator, Manager and Customer.

  • Administrators have full Piazza UI and API access and can add new members to the Piazza account.
  • Managers are only able to login to the Piazza UI or API to manage files and books in the account.
  • Order Submission are only able to access the Piazza API to place orders and are not able to log into the Piazza UI.
