FAQ: How are Piazza Accounts Provisioned? Print

Piazza accounts and Administrator membership for those accounts are created by HP. The account name is determined by the customer and HP.

There are currently three membership roles in Piazza: Administrator, Manager and Customer.

Administrators have full Piazza UI and API access and can add new members to the Piazza account.
Managers are only able to login to the Piazza UI or API to manage files and books in the account.
Order Submission are only able to access the Piazza API to place orders and are not able to log into the Piazza UI.
