Dashboards are a customizable set of widgets that will show you variable reporting data in real-time. 
In this article, you can add a predefined dashboard or create one from scratch by customizing data widgets as desirable. You can choose which analytics to view based on different data widgets showing Orders, Shipments, Files, or other data.


Getting Started

Click the ANALYTICS tab (see #1) and open OVERVIEW > Dashboards (see #2).

When entering the dashboard environment for the first time, you can either Add a predefined dashboard or Create one from scratch.

Predefined Dashboard

Select to Add a predefined dashboard to display the following widgets.

Create New Dashboard

Select to create a dashboard from scratch and enter the name of the new dashboard.
Click Save to keep your changes or Cancel to discard any changes.

You can click the '+' circle icon (first below screenshot) or select Dashboard name > Add new (second below screenshot) to add widgets to the new dashboard.

Select the widget(s) you wish to add to your dashboard.

Click Add default to add a default dashboard with predefined widgets.

Dashboard Buttons

Refresh (see #1)
Manually refreshes all data.
Edit Dashboard (see #2)Activates edit mode that enables renaming the dashboard and adjusting its layout.

Add (see #3)

Adds new widget(s) to the dashboard. This is only applicable if there is space for a new widget.
Delete (see #4)Deletes the entire dashboard.

Expand (see #5)

Enlarges the page to fullscreen view.

Settings (see #6)

Change the dashboard theme between dark or light and also adjusts the dashboard's refresh rate (see the second below screenshot).

When editing a dashboard, you can drag a widget into different sizes, but only dragged into free space.

Hover over any widget to edit or delete it.

Edit Widget

Widgets are fully customizable.

Click on the desired widget's text title to edit it.

Click on the central graph or number to modify the shown data.

Different widgets allow for different configurations, but generally, you can select from which Data Source, Aggregation, and Period you want to display your data in the Total tab. Also, select your Source Account for the data under Criteria as well as choose whether to Sync across all sources.

Please be aware that all text fields need to be edited. This includes the title and labels and will not be updated if the Data Source is changed.

In the Settings tab, select Add rule to customize the Threshold colour support.
Define the widget data colour when it falls below or above a threshold amount.

Make sure to Save Layout to maintain all your changes or else click Cancel.

Delete Widget

Click the bin icon on any widget that appears when hovering over it.

An empty space appears for the deleted widget.
